The MY LISTS link – speed up your ordering process by retaining commonly ordered part numbers in your own customized lists
The QUICK ORDER link – use this to quickly place smaller (1-25 line items) orders
The ORDERS link – find history for ALL orders with SRC via the search order, or just e-Store orders only via the order history
The RECURRING ORDERS link – speed up your ordering process by having repeating orders occur customized to your business needs
User Tips and Benefits:
- LIMIT FREIGHT CHARGES. Orders placed via email or phone that are under $1000 incur shipping charges. However, those charges are waived if the order is placed through the e-Store regardless of the order amount.

The “refinement” box on the product page will let you search for more specific items as well.
- QUICKLY ORDER PRODUCTS 24/7 by:
Simply clicking on the quick order bar for smaller orders (1-25 line items) on home page and enter the part numbers/quantities, add to cart, then to checkout.
Or, for larger orders, click on the quick order bar on home page and then click on “let me import my order from excel instead”. Download and complete the spreadsheet with part numbers/quantities, hit upload file which will add to cart, and then proceed to checkout. Those spreadsheets can be saved and used for future orders.

Check to see if the product you have ordered is immediately available. The Home Health Store indicates if a product is – or is not - immediately available on the checkout page. If an item is not available, it does continue with the entire order, and will fill a backorder ASAP. As with other backorders, customers should contact customer service via chat, or contact their account manager to inquire about availability/options.
