The Philips Respironics Home Health Store provides several options to help your business.

  • Order product at a convenient time of your choosing: the store is available 24/7.
     
  • Find real time and accurate pricing.
     
  • Limit freight charges:  orders placed via email or phone that are under $1000 incur shipping charges. However, those charges are waived if the order is placed through the e-Store regardless of the order amount. 
     
  • Use the Quick Order icon on the homepage when you have part numbers available to immediately go from cart to checkout.
     
  • Track the status of your order history, including both orders on the store and all orders placed with Philips Respironics.  Order history includes valuable information such as:  general status, invoices, packing slips, a FEDEX link with tracking number (if ground shipment, if not the link will just show the delivery date).
     
  • Receive shipping confirmation emails with a delivery date.
     
  • Initiate returns (not repairs) via the link in order history.
     
  • Find existing promotions via a dedicated link and page with detail.
     
  • Find substitution suggestions for recently discontinued products.
     
  • Find the warranty status of individual products.
     
  • Build and use “FAVORITES” lists to quickly find/order routinely purchased products.  These display on the homepage.
     
  • See your frequently orders and frequently searched products on the homepage.
     
  • Receive help on ANY question via a dedicated mailbox – homehealthstore@philips.com, or via real time chat, or by calling customer service at 800-345-6443 , Option 1, Option 3.  
     
  • Update users and permissions for your account anytime via the My Users link.
     
  • Find FAQs (Frequently Asked Questions) outlining detailed step by step guidance on how to find and navigate all the many benefits of the store.
